Even though Clinton won the most state delegates in today’s Nevada caucus, because Obama did so well in the rural and northern parts of the state, he’s being initially assigned more national delegates from Nevada, which is of course what counts in the end. Of course, more national delegates are assigned during the County Conventions, so this will likely change, but that does allow the Obama campaign to muddy the waters a bit.

I don't know of one, but the papers might have it tomorrow.
To try to explain: only the national delegates will go the convention in Denver and choose the nominee, and they are selected among the many more state delegates. The state delegates will go to County Conventions in April to choose the national delegates. Now, if the state delegates vote for the person in April exactly how they were designated today, then Obama will get more delegates than Clinton. If, however, some decide to defect for one reason or another (like if Obama dropped out), then Clinton could take more.

Bottom Line: Hillary was declared the winner in NV first-this gives her the mojo for South Carolina. Barack is in trouble IMHO: 1. He declares Reagan to be his model, Mr. Conservative of the 80s-Reagan tried to get rid of the Department of Education- which Jimmy Carter set up to prevent the rich kids in the South from getting all federal dollars. 2. He is fighting with Bill Clinton now on MLK, Jr. day. Hillary steps back as the good cop and is above the fray. 3. Barack declares himself the black leader of the Dems (so he can win SC)-a one trick pony as the pundits have been saying. What state has the greatest # of Hispanics in the nation per capita? You guessed it- South Carolina- Hillary took their vote in Nevada. 4. I believe Barack does not think of the ramifications when he says something like- Reagan is his mentor for change and that Barack is above managing the Federal Executive branch as President- saw and heard him on videotape at the Las Vegas news paper that endorsed him. 5. If he continues with how he alone deserves the black vote, many general election Dem voters will cross the line and vote Republican-Karl Rove's dream come true the third time around.
