Fill out what issues you care about, and see what 2008 presidential candidate ideologically aligns with you most. Kucinich was number one for me, followed by Gravel, Obama, and then Clinton. In last place was Romney, surprisingly (to me) below Tancredo.

looks like i've got to read more about kucinich (49), too!
obama next, followed by obama (37) and edwards (36).
when did i become such a pinko?! remember when i kind of worked for "the primary source?"
obama twice?
apparantly, i reeeeeeeally fucking love him!
no, typo, doofus.
Kucinich was also number one for me, followed by Gravel, Clinton, and then Obama. Tancredo was last for me and Romney was second to last. But I don't think that should count, 'cause Romney's positions are so fickle. i hate that one of the craziest dems is my number one. True, he does have a hot wife AND no strings, but he looks like he smells of moth balls.
although i scored higher with the Kuch (64!), I find it somewhat disconcerting that I have "NO disagreements" with Gravel. I see myself in 40 years muttering to myself and throwing rocks at shit.
For me it was Kucinich (51), Gravel (38), Obama (27), Edwards(24) and Ron Paul (23) essentially tied for fourth. At the bottom were Hunter, Romney, then Giuliani. I guess I am less in favor of "shamnesty" as the other America haters on this blog.

Sigh:
Kucinich 13

Richardson 4
Obama 3
Biden 1
Dodd 1
Edwards 1
Clinton 1
McCain -1
Huckabee -2
Thompson -3
Brownback -6
Giuliani -6
Cox -7
Hunter -10
Tancredo -11
Romney -14
wow. what's crazy about YOU, DoorFrame, is that you have such a LOW score with your HIGHEST-SCORING candidate.
you're a freak!
The readers of crazymonk.org are apparently uniform in their hatred of freedom and goodness. Me too.
Kucinich, Gravel, followed by electables, and then some other guys, and then a bunch of dicks. Romney's at the bottom for me, presumably tied to the roof of Tancredo's car.
Speaking of Kucinich, though: Don't you guys find him a breath of fresh air compared to the trumped up enthusiam and charisma of most politicians? We are so used to facades and lies. Dennis is just so down to earth, so regular, so sincere. What you see and hear is what you get. He is my candidate.
I don't know, I had a lot of issues listed as "unknown" and a lot ranked "meh."
that's you in a nutshell, DF: ignorant and apathetic.
On Gravel's Insanity
[What follows is a brief conversation between me and my dad last week.]
Josh: Say, Dad, you were living in D.C. in the '60s and paying attention to politics when Gravel was a U.S. Senator. I mean, he wasn't that crazy then, was he? I mean, he was a senator, right?
Josh's Dad: Oh, he was crazy and thensome. He leaked various national security items to the press.
Josh: Huh.
He leaked the pentagon papers, right? Actually, come to think of it, he read them into the Congressional Record.
Yeah, he read them into the record, which is pretty damned awesome.
Crazy people do great things sometimes. It's nice to have them around (though probably not as nice to have them in charge).
what about crazy monks?
I also had "No disagreement" with Gravel. Hmm, perhaps he has yet to take many stands.
Oh, Gravel has taken many stands. The problem is, this survey doesn't take into account his other beliefs. For example, Gravel believes that every American should get $5,000 a year as a minimum income. He also believes in the abolishment of the income tax, and school vouchers. Whether you believe in these things or not, it's clear that the survey isn't really complete. On the other hand, with respect to the specific issues brought up in the survey, it does not surprise me that I had no disagreements with Kucinich nor Gravel. THen again, I did not take a stand on every issue.
I had the same results as most of you, except I think that maybe Kucinich should ditch his girl for someone just a little bit younger, 'cause apparently he and I have a whole lot in common. Obviously. I too have no disagreements with Gravel, but that doesn't really surprise me because I already throw rocks at shit and light random fires.
I'd be interested to know if any of the 97,444 people who've taken that test said they support torture. Seriously, why is that an option? I know a majority of Americans voted for the clowns who are in charge, but still I can't believe they're all willing to acknowledge their support of torture.
Shockingly, I have no disagreements with Mike Gravel, except perhaps about how best to advertise a presidential campaign.
i wish i shared your skepticism about that, lorelei, i really do, but i can hear the following now (in a twang, please):
"hell, if the only way to save a bunch a' mericans is ta torture muhammet til he tells us where the dang bomb is, then heck i'm fer it. go panthers!"
Hey Marco,
Its Mike... I just took the quiz and predictably enough I got Kucinich and Gravel first, but third for my was my gal Hillary Clinton. I think it is because I do not count the war as my most important issue, but education, health care, and the environment. I think this was why I got her over Obama. Interesting that it is possible to get her third if Kucinich was my top choice. Most people I spoke with got Obama after Gravel.
i like obama, he is my home boy, i also think bush was a really good president, he did his best. rock on!!!! i hope everyone of the people who want to be a prez that they will do good
