A few months ago, many Las Vegans were shocked to hear that the federal government dropped Las Vegas off of a list of major cities receiving anti-terrorism funding. Now it turns out that the Department of Homeland Security made at least 25 errors when making their evaluation, including asserting that Las Vegas has no military bases or convention centers (it has both).
